Up to 1 year of experience

Training protocol for increasing your squat, bench press, and deadlift maxes. Perfect for new powerlifters with 1 year of training experience or less.

Includes:
- 12 week training program
- 3x 4-week blocks
- 3x a week training sessions
- Built in testing weeks.

Requires a rack, adjustable bench, barbell, and weights.

Novice Lifters

Up to 1 year of experience

Body weight resistance exercises & cardio for general fitness, strength, & health.

Includes:
- 12 week training program

- 3x 4-week blocks
- 2x full body training sessions (A & B)
- Can be modified to 2-6x per week
- Cardio & Core work included

Can be done with limited equipment at home, or with equipment using the modifications provided.

Novice Lifters

Up to 1 year of experience

Resistance training and cardio for increasing muscle mass and decreasing body fat. Perfect for new lifters with 1 year of training experience or less. 

Includes: 
- 12 week training program

- 3x 4-week blocks

- 4x a week resistance training sessions

- Can be modified to 2-6x per week
- 4-5x a week cardio

- 2x per week core work


Requires access to a gym with machines and cables. Includes barbell, dumbbell, and kettlebell (optional) movements.
