COACH'S COURSE

Superior Guidance

If you've ever asked a fitness professional a question and received an explanation that left you wanting more, this is the course for you. Learn the scientific principles behind training and nutrition; the "why" behind what goes into programming and dietary recommendations. This is a six session self-paced course that ill help you become a better client, athlete, and coach.

Stay accountable with the team

The nutrition challenge walks you through how to calculate your calories, then macros, and includes tips and daily accountability to keep you on track.

The running challenge is 3 days a week of running intervals at your own pace for about 30 minutes per session and is meant to build you up to a 5k run.
